Bright 2-Bedroom House in Maenam — Near the Sea and Shops

A spacious two-bedroom house in a quiet, family-friendly resort in Maenam, on the northern part of Koh Samui. The beach is approximately 350 metres away, a 7-Eleven is just a couple of minutes on foot, and the promenade and cafés are close by — everything you need within easy reach, no car required. A great option for a long-term stay by the sea.

The house is bright and finished to a modern standard. Two bedrooms with large double beds, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a private veranda overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, both bedrooms have air conditioning, and the living room has a ceiling fan. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, a TV, and parking at the resort entrance.

The grounds feature a lush tropical garden and a shared swimming pool with a children's area. The atmosphere is peaceful and homely — most guests stay for extended periods. An excellent choice for a family or couple relocating to the island for a longer stay.

Seasonal rates:
- December–March — 35,000 ฿/month
- April–May — 25,000 ฿/month
- June–August — 30,000 ฿/month
- September–November — 25,000 ฿/month

Security deposit — 10,000 ฿ (for stays up to 3 months) or 15,000 ฿ (for stays of 3 months or more). Electricity is billed monthly based on meter readings; upon check-out, only the final month's electricity charge is deducted from the deposit. Water — 1,000 ฿/month. Minimum rental period — 2 weeks.
