The interior is bright and spacious with a fresh finish. Two bedrooms with large double beds, an open-plan living room with kitchen, and a veranda overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use; air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Wi-Fi, a TV, and parking at the resort entrance are included.
The grounds are well maintained, with a tropical garden and a shared swimming pool featuring a children's area. The resort is peaceful and family-oriented, with most residents staying for extended periods. Suitable for a family or a couple seeking a long-term stay.

- December–March — 35,000 ฿/month
- April–May — 25,000 ฿/month
- June–August — 30,000 ฿/month
- September–November — 25,000 ฿/month

Security deposit — 10,000 ฿ (for rentals up to 3 months) or 15,000 ฿ (for rentals of 3 months and above). Electricity is billed monthly by meter; only the final month's charge is deducted from the deposit upon departure. Water — 1,000 ฿/month. Minimum rental period — 2 weeks.
