Two-bedroom house

Two-bedroom house in a small resort in Maenam — six houses set among palm trees, and this is one of only two with two bedrooms. The resort was built approximately one year ago, so everything inside is still new: light-coloured walls, marble-effect tiles, and large windows overlooking the greenery. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are combined into a single open space — a corner sofa, a dining table, a television, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Glass doors from the living room open onto a covered terrace with a hanging bench, a comfortable spot to sit in the morning or evening. A parking space for a motorbike or car is available next to the house. Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed with a new mattress, a wardrobe, and an individual air conditioner; there are three air conditioners in the house in total. The bathroom has hot water. The location is quiet, with no traffic or hustle, surrounded by a palm grove. Shops, markets, and the beach are all within easy reach — convenient for those planning a long-term stay. Water is included in the rent; electricity is charged at 7 baht per kWh. Children and pets are welcome.
