The bedroom has a large bed, a built-in mirrored sliding wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV; the windows overlook the garden. The unit includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, and parking on site. The beach is approximately 1.6 km away, and shops are within 1 km; suitable for a couple or a single tenant on a long-term lease. Cleaning is included in the rental rate — twice a month.
