One-bedroom house in a small resort in the Ban Tai area, raised on stilts and connected to a neighbouring house: they share a staircase and entrance landing, but each house is separate, with its own balcony and garden views. Inside, there is a bright open-plan living area beneath a high pitched ceiling, featuring a sofa, a dining table with chairs, and panoramic sliding doors opening onto the terrace. The compact kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, sink, and kitchenware. The bedroom has a large bed, a built-in mirrored sliding-door wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV; the windows overlook the garden. Air conditioning, a private bathroom, and parking at the house are included. The beach is approximately 1.6 km away and shops are under one kilometre away; the property is well suited to a couple or a single tenant on a long-term basis. Cleaning is included in the rental rate — twice a month.
