A car is not essential — an ideal option for a long-term stay by the sea.

The house is spacious with modern interiors: two bedrooms with large double beds, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a private veranda overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms have air conditioning, and the living room has a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi, a TV, and parking in front of the resort are included.

The shared grounds feature a tropical garden and a swimming pool with a children's area. The resort is quiet and family-oriented, with long-term residents.

- April–May — 25,000 ฿/month

Security deposit — 10,000 ฿ (for rentals up to 3 months) or 15,000 ฿ (for rentals of 3 months and above).
Electricity is billed monthly according to the meter; upon check-out, only the final month's electricity charge is deducted from the deposit.
